Work great!

The concept is great the product unfortunately not so good. To start the material is a hard plastic and the tactile feeling is very low grade compared to others that are silicone. That being said I should li e with that if they sounded good (they do not). And on top of that they are not easy to use as the buttons are hard to use. The app and recoding features are not functional either. I have bought products from this company as long as they have been making swim headphones. This is truly the first time I was totally disappointed.
The company has great customer support and service. They tried to help but in the end I returned them and they have me a complete refund.
I really wanted to
Like these but too many negatives

Great for training. Still trying to figure out why I can't skip if I upload songs but it's easy to record playlists from Spotify. I am very satisfied with my purchase

Great gear to use under water

Although the sound is great under water still struggling to find the best way to keep the device attached to my head. It feels that when I move the head the gear turns loose. Any tips?

TRI PRO Multi-Sport with PLAYLIST+

I have usec S

I have
Good:
Prompt delivery
Good sound quality
Playlist plus is good, but sound quality is variable
Works well with swimming
Build quality is good

Not good:
Battery life not par with other brands
Mic quality could be better during calls
Disabling Battery saver option would be a good feature to have.

I have used Shokz ( good but my model not for swimming) and Creative (poor design) ones before. H2O had on overall better package, but battery life not good enough. Customer service replies promptly.
