One ear bud stopped working altogether early on. Already using a much superior product for less cost.

I wish the over the ear part was a bit more moldable to hold shape over my ear. But they work fine.

I was a previous owner of a pair of Surge SX-10-Short Waterproof Sport Headphones. After a year of heavy use (daily swimming), one channel stopped working — apparently a broken wire. After some communication, I was offered a fair price on a new pair, which arrived quickly, and I was soon back in the pool listening to tunes while swimming laps. The service was great, and I'm happy to be back "in the swim"
