Team H2O Audio Triathlete Craig Alexander cruised to victory at the Rev3 Triathlon in Quassy this weekend. Known as a hilly and tough course, Crowie said he was up for the challenge, and he delivered amongst a field of tough competitors. Also, recently Crowie talked to TriZone about training, diet and his focus for this racing season.
Natalie Coughlin has been twittering updates from her travels to the Mare Nostrum event in Monte Carlo this week. The series moves to Barcelona starting tomorrow and Swimming World.com has all the coverage.

The winners of our product innovation contest have been chosen! We asked the H2O Audio Community for product suggestions; either an update to something we already make, or an idea for an entirely new product. After collecting entries from Facebook, Twitter and E-mail, we chose these three ideas and hooked up the winners with a new waterproof case and headphones.
What’s next for the H2O Audio Community? Workout Wednesday will be starting this week! With so many athletes in one place, why not share some of your favorite training exercises? For water or land, look for posts every Wednesday on our Facebook page. We can’t guarantee we’ll make you faster or stronger, but we can add just a little bit of variety. Constant swimmer to coach connection.
We just got word that a swim club in Poland has found a new use for our Amphibx armband. To keep up communication between the coach and athletes, they’ve waterproofed walkie talkies, then put each swimmer on a different channel, so the coach can give advice to each athlete individually as they swim.
