First off, it is extremely important to ensure that your T-seal is properly seated during each and every closure.

Prior to Use

1. T-seal is aligned in housing properly prior to closure.
2. T-seal and contact surface have been cleaned properly with a lint free cloth.
3. T-seal and contact surface are free of scratches and other imperfections.

Do not even attempt to take your H2O Audio product in the water if:

1. T-seal is twisted, or out of alignment during closure.
2. T-seal and contact surfaces have any dirt, lint, hair, sand, seaweed, twine, small crustaceans, you get the picture.
3. You see scratches or imperfections on the T-seal or contact surfaces.
