Winter is a difficult time for workouts. The days get shorter and colder and our schedules get busier. Add to that, sports like skiing and snowboarding that most of us don’t train for year round, and injuries can be easy to come by. Not warming up properly, lack of stretching and doing too much too soon, can all contribute to strains, sprains and setbacks in training.
