Triathlon: The Life Time Fitness Triathlon Series was announced this week. The series consists of five races leading up to the Toyota US Open Triathlon in Dallas and features over $400,00 dollars in prize money, including the series bonus. Surf: Australian Stephanie Gilmore is after a fourth consecutive World Surfing Crown after her victory in the Roxy Pro at Snapper Rocks this week. Steph now holds the record for most wins in the Roxy Pro event and is the youngest surfer, male or female, to claim three straight world crowns.
Kite: The North American Course Racing Continentals finished up early this week with two Americans taking the men’s and women’s titles. See the current point standings heading into the next tour stop in Thailand.
Wake: As the weather warms up, so does Wake season. Over 110,000 people came out for WakeStock Abu Dhabi last weekend and the schedule for the King of Wake series was released early this week. Starting in April the King of Wake series will make 8 stops on it’s way to the World Championships in August.
