It's quite simple, complete endurance races across the globe while raising awareness for healthy heart living and congenital heart disease. Ironheart Racing started with one man on a mission to complete an Ironman after undergoing open heart surgery in 2005 and has since spread to 40 states and 5 countries. Some team members have gone through cardiac issues or surgeries while others have joined just to spread awareness of heart disease and healthy heart living.
