H2O Audio Names New Chief Executive Officer

SAN DIEGO, CA – March 8, 2010 – H2O Audio announced today that Tom Kampfer will lead the company as its new CEO. Formerly the President and Chief Operating Officer of Iomega Corporation, Tom brings over 25 years in the computer and computer accessories, consumer electronics and software industries. With expertise in global expansion, operations, innovation and selling into the world’s largest CE retailers, he has a proven track record of driving growth, profitability and efficiency in publicly traded, high-tech companies.

Under Kampfer’s leadership, Iomega’s revenues doubled and profitability increased significantly resulting in the turnaround and ultimate sale of the company to EMC Corporation (NYSE: EMC). While there, he reinvented product lines, reenergized marketing and the Iomega brand, drove operational improvements and significantly reduced product costs. Prior to joining Iomega, Tom held various executive positions with Proxima Corporation and IBM. Past roles have included General Counsel, CFO, COO, President and General Manager.

His focus at H2O Audio will be to drive growth, scalability and operational efficiency leading to next level success.
