H2O Audio Names New Chief Financial Officer

SAN DIEGO, CA – July 8, 2010 – H2O Audio is pleased to introduce Sam Simkin as the new Chief Financial Officer. Both an attorney and a certified general accountant Sam acquired extensive operating and financial experience as co-founder and Chief Financial Officer for Newgen Results Corporation and most recently as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of SportsGiant LLC, the leading e-tailer of hockey equipment in the United States.

After co-founding Newgen, Sam lead the company from startup to publicly traded, with over 700 employees and $80 million in annual revenues before bringing his expertise to SportsGiant, which developed into the preeminent company in the hockey e-tail space.
