Important Guidelines to help expediate your return:
A copy of this RA Form and your purchase receipt must accompany the product with RA # issued by H2O Audio. Do not send in a blank form. You will receive a copy of this via email. Please print that and include with a copy of your receipt.

NOTE to Hotmail / AOL / Yahoo email users:
Make sure to allow emails from support@h2oaudio.com & ra@h2oaudio.com in your email filters.
This RA form must be submitted in order to attain a Return Authorization. RA numbers are valid for 10 days. Any RA goods received after the expiration date will be refused.

• RA Number must be written on the outside of each package. If not the package will be returned to the sender COD.
• All products must be properly packaged or else H2O Audio reserves the right to return the package.
• To receive a refund, returned items must be purchased from the H2O Audio Shop
  ( Online e-store located at http://h2oaudio.com/shop )
• Merchandise may not be returned for credit after 30 days from the original date of receipt.
