H2O Audio wants you to love waterproofing music as much as we do. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, take a look at our Return Warranty and Refund Policies below. Then follow the simple steps.

Return Warranty Policy:

Reasons to return a product for a warranty:

If there is an issue with the case, headphones, or soft goods that falls under the H2O Audio limited time Warranty.

  • All Return Warranty items must be sent in within 1 year of purchased date. For more information on our Warranty Policy please click here.
  • All Return Warranties must have an RA #.
  • All Returns Warranties must have their RA # written on the outside of the package or it will be sent back to sender COD.
  • Warranty Replacement item(s) will be sent out within 5-10 business days of receiving your approved Return.
  • Replacement items will be shipped UPS Ground at no charge however you can upgrade your shipping and pay the difference just contact, H2O Audio's Customer Service for more information.

Simple steps to a happy Return Warranty:

  • 1. Fill out RA Form once it has been processed you will be emailed an RA #
  • 2. Send in the product(s) you wish to return for a Return Warranty (prepaid postage) to:

  • Box up your return and ensure to include the following:
  • a) RA number written on the outside of the package
  • b) Copy of the receipt
  • c) Copy of your RA# email


Refund Policy:

To receive a refund, returned items must be purchased from the H2O Audio Shop
( Online e-store located at http://www.h2oaudio.com/store )

  • Items must be returned within 21 days of purchased date to receive a product refund.
  • Items returned in original unopened condition will receive a full refund
  • Shipping charges on returned items are not refundable unless the return is due to our error (i.e. incorrect product)
  • Items returned that were purchased with, all or part of a gift certificate will be refunded as store credit for use on a future purchase.
  • All refunds will be credited within 5-10 business days of receiving your approved return.
  • Refunds must have their RA# written on the outside of the package or it will be sent back to sender COD.
