MP3 Player/Phone Fit Chart

This box has been part of my daily life since I got it last year. I first got it because too many times I'd dropped an iPod into the water in our hot tub at night. I figured I'd try this case, and likely only use it when I was tired and more likely to accidentally drop it. But after seeing how I still have full access to the iPod controls, and can even still watch videos through the window, now I just use it every time.

I prefer the iPod classic over the newer models because it has 120 gig capacity, even though it makes it larger. So I thought that this would mean that it would probably make it too big for use in swimming. But this summer, I decided to take a chance and also buy the underwater headphones, and give it a try. Boy am I glad I did! It's so much fun to be able to do laps in our little pool with it! I used to set up a little boom box on the deck to listen to music when swimming, but this works so much better. Sometimes I will swim at night, and no more do I have to worry about the music bothering the neighbors! (Posted on 7/19/10)
